Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to join our talented engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure that supports our innovative media solutions. As a DevOps Engineer at Embrace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our systems while driving efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes for scalability.
• Monitor system performance using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure system security through DevSecOps practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance system reliability.

We are looking for a candidate who not only meets the technical qualifications but also demonstrates creative problem-solving, a passion for innovation, and a keen interest in the media technology landscape.

Key Qualifications and Competencies

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role in software engineering.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for deployment automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., SVN, Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of serverless computing frameworks for modern deployments.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus).
