Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Django, Python, and cloud-native application development to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications tailored to the needs of modern media workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions that integrate low-code platforms, AI-driven automation, and seamless collaboration tools for some of the world’s leading broadcasters and audiovisual companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Django and Python.

• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes), and serverless computing.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance media workflow automation.

• Optimize application performance for scalability, security, and efficiency in high-demand environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences aligned with modern UI/UX principles.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and continuous improvement.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in cloud computing, media workflows, and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Django/Python development with a strong portfolio of cloud-native applications.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native principles (microservices architecture, containerization, orchestration) and public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) with a solid grasp of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in media technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud integration) or machine learning applications for metadata management or content analysis.
• Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus).
