SUPERVISION

1) METRICS – ACTIVITY REPORT

With the brand new update, users are able collect the analytics on the time spent on each task or workflow.

2) SIMPLE DB

An action in a sequence can fill in one or more already predefined and personalized databases. When you move to analytics, your data will already be gathered. This new functionality pre-calculates activity reports and saves you time.

20 widgets are available to personalize your dashboards. Depending on its challenges, each user can make his own customized UI.

1) AUTOCOMPLETE

Imagine a world where lines of codes would be autocompleted in Python and JS editors. Think no more! The new 3.1 update allows its users to do this exact task, as well as giving the technical information of the code.

2) AUTOMATIC HOUSEKEEPING

Sequence’s file sizes can be quite heavy and a burden to store. When you need to kilo a bit of clean up, think in advance with to automatic deletion of sequences after a certain time of non-use.

You decide when they are deleted.

3) PERSISTENT SCANNING

More than a watch folder feature, a sequence starts when a new file scanned. The agent detects new files only and recognizes if the file is growing. It simplifies your workflow code as you do not need to transfer your file into another folder to start a sequence.

4) IMPROVED EDITORS

V3.1 delivers a better view to its users offering a 12 row grid in form editors which helps you organise your work, as well as give you a clearer view.

RELIABILITY

1) LOCK – PROTECT YOUR WORK

When multiple users work on the same sequence, it is quite frustrating to leave your computer knowing your work may have or may not have been saved due to another person working on it.

For that reason, an automatic lock has been created to avoid overlaying on another user’s sequence execution.

2) HIDDING CRITICAL DATA

When you have to handle critical data, a special variable name was created to hide content. You can simply prefix the variable with “_ _“ to hide your content from all views

1) POWERFUL ENGINE

According to the distribution of workloads, the upgraded engine is now more efficient.

Benefit from our 5 years of experience with a rock-solid workflow engine. Brand new tasks were added to 130 existing tasks.

2) DOCKER – INSTALLATION

The new installation process is game-changing. It allows faster and simpler installation on any system. How? You may ask. The file size is much lighter (16.5kb < 514mb) than before and the package is pre-built, therefore easier to handle.

3) OPERATION

The high availability version splits the system to avoid a single point of failure. In other words, the distribution of tasks on the servers prevents overloading. You are free to choose wether or not to use the HA version.
