By automating the creation of personalized racing videos, AMG is able to deepen fan loyalty and expand its digital presence. Each fan receives a customized video based on real-world performance data, instantly sharable across platforms, creating a powerful blend of brand storytelling and personal connection.

AWS Paris Summit 2025: A Virtual Postcard Bringing Fan Experiences to Life

As an AWS Partner and provider of an AWS Qualified Software solution, Embrace was invited to participate at the AWS Paris Summit 2025. Embrace’s solution Automate-IT, was instrumental in delivering a unique, personalized experience for every participant. These short videos featured custom avatars, personalized quotes, event-themed graphics, and even attendee selfies, framed in the style and branding of the Summit. Working with AI-driven video generation and event-driven workflows, these videos served as instant, shareable keepsakes, allowing participants to relive and promote their experience. Embrace provided a core component in managing and automating the entire creative process, all within a matter of minutes.

How the Solution Worked – Step by Step

  1. Interaction Starts on WhatsApp
    Attendees scanned a QR code at the AWS Summit booth, launching a conversation on WhatsApp with an AI chatbot powered by Amazon Bedrock using Anthropic Claude Sonnet 3.5. The bot asked simple, engaging questions—about favorite AWS services, interests, or invited users to share a selfie.
  2. Content Collection & Interpretation
    • Text/audio responses were processed via Amazon Transcribe and analyzed for preferences.
    • Images (selfies) were uploaded and processed through Amazon Nova Pro, extracting traits and generating a descriptive prompt.
    • This content was used to generate a custom avatar and visuals via Amazon Nova Canvas.
  3. Video Assembly Triggered
    Once all elements were ready, an event was published to EventBridge, which notified Embrace’s Automate-IT.
  4. Automate-IT Produces the Video
    Embrace’s Automate-IT:

    • Retrieved the participant-specific content and matching Adobe After Effects templates from Amazon S3.
    • Automatically rendered a high-quality MP4 video (landscape and portrait formats) using EC2 instances running Windows Server with After Effects.
    • Maintained brand consistency by dynamically populating graphics and transitions with event-branded assets and user content.
  5. Delivery & Sharing
    • The finished video was returned to the participant in WhatsApp via a shareable link.
    • Transcoded into HLS format via AWS Elemental MediaConvert for fast playback.
    • Also featured live on booth displays via MediaTailor Channel Assembly, showcasing real-time attendee stories.
